One of my favorite texts is Kun, J., 2016. Habits of highly mathematical people. Since I read it, I always start almost any intellectual job by finding relevant and crafting workable definitions. So it was today. I began to write a go-to-market strategy and found that I don’t have an operational definition of what a product is and what the market is, and thus, I cannot produce what product-market fit would be and how we measure it.
And once you start to write and think over these terms, I discover that you don’t understand clearly what a scenario is and how to distinguish it from vision or counterfactual, for example.
