Do you need feedback, or response is enough?
- ‘Give me feedback, please.’ — he said.
- I’m giving him feedback and asking, ‘How do you change a process?’
- ‘What do you mean?’ — he asks. ‘Why do I need to change a process?’
- ‘Because it is feedback. The modification or control of a process or system by its results or effects. If you don’t use it, it’s not feedback.’
- ‘How do I call it then?’
- ‘Response maybe?’
- ‘Yes, that’s it! Thank you for your response!’
- ‘Do you need feedback?’
- ‘Nah, I’m good.’
