There are three types of project managers

- An Engineer type. When you ask him what will happen, he draws a lot of calculations, nobody can understand, and gives projections. To be entirely sure of the date and result, you must double the budget and extend the schedule.

- A Shaman type. When you ask him what will happen, he draws a lot of flip-charts and filled canvases; nobody can put together and gives a prophecy. To be somewhat sure of the date and result, you can do nothing but wait until the next milestone, but you don’t need to comprehend what he is saying and give any money.

- A Life-coach type. When you ask him what will happen, he explains that nothing will happen that you cannot live with, and the delivery is just another illusion of choice you can be free from. You’re absolutely sure of the date and result as the Universe finds the best way it is, then reality bites you back, but you never learn anything as you’re already an expert.
